As the trusses are assembled and placed into position, the work for the utilities continue as well as the other items needed to be installed prior to application of plastering on the CHB walls. After the trusses, the roof purlins, where the roofing material is fastened are fixed into place, the gutters and the fascia board are then installed. It is then that the insulation material and the roof material is laid out and fastened.
The cold & hot waterlines, electrical conduits for power, lighting, TV, telephone and other items that were not embedded into the poured concrete are put in. And afterwards framing for the ceiling and other panels follow. Among the items that need to be present during plastering would be the door jambs, faucet mixing valves, and samples of the windows and doors.
